Caroline focuses her practice on assisting people through life-transitions of divorce and family law. This includes counseling and advising clients about their rights and obligations upon divorce or new marriage, and legal responsibilities of child and spousal support. Caroline takes a holistic approach to divorce and family law by considering her client’s legal rights and emotional and financial well-being. As an advocate of mediation and collaborative law, Caroline emphasizes reducing and resolving conflict to help clients maintain control of the legal process and craft durable agreements that allow the parties to peacefully transition to a secure, predictable future without court intervention.
Dan focuses his practice on handling personal injury claims for individuals that have been injured by the negligence of another person, most commonly in an automobile collision. In addition to personal injury, Dan also works with clients to create individualized estate plans that ensure his clients’ goals and wishes will be achieved. Dan also represents and advises individuals who have been designated to administer a person’s estate, whether as Personal Representative, Trustee, or surviving spouse.
Rich has limited his practice of law to primarily personal injury matters over the last 30 years, and has successfully resolved thousands of injury claims. These claims range from very modest injuries, to tragic injuries and death with recoveries of millions of dollars.
